INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE PRACTITIONERS
Sebastian Marchevsky, MD, DABFM, FMCP-M

Dr. Sebastian Marchevsky is the founder and Medical Director of Sanustan, a board-certified Family Medicine physician trained in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Tufts University and earned his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean. After training within the NHS in England and across the United States, he settled on the central coast of California, completing specialty training at the UCSF-affiliated Natividad Medical Center Family Medicine Residency in Salinas. He has since practiced at nonprofit federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) in Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties, largely serving immigrant communities. He is a native Spanish and English speaker, and conversational in French.
Long before formal medical training, Dr. Marchevsky was drawn to the meeting place of Eastern and Western healing traditions, and to the connection between body, energy, and mind. That curiosity led him to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Qi Gong, to yoga and meditation within lineages of Tibetan Buddhism, and to pursue certifications in Tibetan Medicine and Kunye massage with the Shang Shung Institute of Tibetan Medicine. He draws on aspects of Natural Hygiene and since certifying with the IFM, the systems-based lens of Functional Medicine. These are modalities he holds alongside one another rather than in competition, each a different vantage point on the same living whole.
At Sanustan, Dr. Marchevsky offers private consultations and leads the clinical vision, gathering practitioners across modalities so that every dimension of a person is met with equal attention and care. His consultations make room for a thorough exploration of a life: someone's history, the conditions they live and work within, and the patterns that shaped how they arrived at this moment. From there the work is to clear all that obstructs the body's equilibrium and to optimize one's conditions, so that vitality has somewhere to take hold long before illness has reason to arrive. Healing, in his view, is never administered; it is something a person is accompanied toward, patiently and without judgment, guided into true health, potentiality, and awareness.

Jeanine Cerundolo, M.A., Holistic Life Coach

Jeanine Cerundolo is a holistic life and career coach who has spent over a decade helping people find peace, clarity, and solid ground during the moments that ask the most of them. Since 2012, she has worked with thousands of individuals and groups, guiding clients through inflection points that require them to reinvent a life that no longer fits. These include career pivots (finding new purpose or starting a business), the end and beginning of relationships, renewal after grief, crossroads and big decisions, and the quieter threshold moments where your old identity gives way to your full potential.
She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. in English from Tufts University, and she is a two-time published author — of Team You, a comprehensive guide and toolkit for learning parts work in the context of coaching, and Love & Longing, a poetry collection about navigating love, loss, and hope by leaning into the unknown. Her practice draws on positive psychology, parts work methodology, guided visualization, mindfulness, and practical accountability systems, personalized to each person she works with. She is also a certified group coaching facilitator and a 200-hour Kripalu-trained yoga teacher.
Jeanine's work rests on a simple conviction: that we are already whole and complete, and also always evolving. Rather than handing clients a formula, she asks the questions that draw out their own inner knowing, then helps them turn that clarity into committed action — aligning with meaningful work, relocating, reviving a long-deferred creative project, or cultivating the sustainable habits that actually nourish a person rather than deplete them. She is especially drawn to heart-centered people who are both go-getters and go-givers, and her aspiration for each of them is the same: to live with more presence, ease, and enthusiasm, and to carry a steady inner reservoir of self-trust that remains long after their work together is complete.

Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist /
Building Biologist
Richard Hornor

Richard Hornor is a certified Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist (EMRS) Building Biologist. He came to this work as someone directly impacted. After years in the computer industry, compounded by the exposures that came with remodeling an older home, he realized he had become electrically sensitive, a recognition that sent him into research, action, recovery, and the ongoing practice of protecting his own health and the health of others
.
That path led him to the Building Biology Institute, where he earned his EMRS certification and trained in the assessment of the built environment as a whole. Merging this expertise with a long background as a computer and networking technician gave him a unique vantage point. He understands not only how electric fields, magnetic fields, radiofrequency radiation, and dirty electricity behave in a building, but how the wiring, devices, and networks generating them actually work. From this perspective, Richard works to reduce exposures with the least possible disruption to daily life.
At Sanustan, Richard helps people build a working understanding of electrosmog: the four types of EMFs, where they come from, and how they may affect wellbeing. From there he turns that awareness into practical reduction, through symptom-reduction consultations for those living with electrical sensitivity, coaching on everyday exposure habits, and the creation of a low- or no-radiation sleep sanctuary. Most consultations are conducted by phone, with detailed onsite measurement of homes, offices, and prospective purchases or rentals available on a case-by-case basis throughout the Bay Area and the Central Coast of California. Findings are compared to guidelines established by independently funded research. Identifying sources helps shape mitigation strategies ranging from simple, low-cost adjustments to comprehensive planning for remodels and new construction. Having once needed this kind of help himself, he takes each person's experience seriously from the first conversation, and works toward a home that quietly supports rest, recovery, and the return of well-being
